As outlined in our Privacy Policy, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data from our systems. This form allows you to request deletion of your data without deleting your entire account.
Important Information
- Account Deletion vs. Data Deletion: If you delete your account through the app, all your data will be deleted immediately and automatically without the need for this form.
- What Gets Deleted: This process removes all references to your personal information in all shipments and related data while maintaining the structural integrity of your account.
- Permanent Action: Once your data is deleted, it cannot be retrieved. This action is permanent and irreversible.
- Processing Time: Data deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days as required by applicable regulations.
Data Included in Deletion
Based on our Privacy Policy, the following types of personal data will be deleted:
- Your personal identifiers (name, contact details, etc.)
- Location history and tracking data
- Photos you've uploaded
- Personal information in communications
- Association with shipments and deliveries
Note: Anonymous usage statistics and aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained.
